i am so thankful.
it means i can exercise again!
my back is getting better, slowly but surely. i still need help getting out of bed, and out of chairs. i still can’t bend from my waist or lift heavy objects. ):
So I pinched a nerve in my back while trying to get clothes out of the dryer. This is really going to set me back. I can barely walk without it hurting my back so bad. I can’t even stand up straight or sit up straight. Today it doesn’t hurt as bad as yesterday when I first did it.
This sucks.

I’m not vegan but I don’t post anything about meat/animal by-products and if I do its very rare. So feel free to follow!
1 cup of Almond milk
1 banana. (I thought the banana flavor was too overpowering so maybe half a banana for those who don’t enjoy the flavor.)
6 raspberries (more raspberries if you only use half a banana.)
1 tbsp of Lite Cool Whip
2 small scoops of Fat Free Raspberry Sherbet
2 tbsp of smooth peanut butter
cinnamon and pumpkin spices to taste.
I’m not sure how many calories that is but it tastes good and has alot of protein in it. You can adjust it to your liking. Enjoy! (:
